Too many commercial facilities operate on infrastructure that was never designed to last — cable plants with no documentation, cameras that cover nothing useful, networks nobody planned, and access control that's really just a door code everyone knows.

We exist to change that for the facilities we work with. Every project gets the same level of engineering discipline regardless of scope — because the 10-camera deployment and the 100-camera deployment both matter to the client that hired us.

Our goal is to be the last infrastructure integrator our clients ever need to hire — because when it's done right, it stays done.

What Makes Us Different

The Axonix Standard

Design Before Deployment

Every engagement starts with a site survey and a system design document. Cable routing, equipment placement, camera fields of view, VLAN architecture — all designed on paper before we schedule a deployment date. We don't show up and figure it out.

No Shortcuts on Materials or Methods

We use correctly-rated cable for the application. We pull home runs, not daisy chains. We terminate to spec. We use conduit where required and cable management everywhere. The difference shows up a decade later when the system still works.

We Test Everything Before We Sign Off

Cable is certified on a Fluke DSX, not tested by "plugging it in." Cameras are confirmed to cover the intended field of view. Door access is tested through every credential type and fail mode. Nothing is marked complete until it performs to spec.

Documentation Is Part of the Deliverable

Your facility manager shouldn't need to call us to find out what's on patch panel port 14. As-built drawings, cable schedules, IP documentation, rack diagrams, equipment lists — all delivered at project closeout, organized and labeled.

A Process Built for Commercial Projects

Infrastructure Assessment

Site survey, stakeholder interviews, and a formal assessment report with findings and recommendations — before any scope or pricing is discussed.

System Design & Scope Development

Complete system design: equipment schedule, cable routing plan, camera placement map, VLAN architecture, access control hierarchy, and a line-item proposal with clear scope boundaries.

Procurement & Scheduling

We procure all equipment directly, coordinate with facility management for access and scheduling, and align the deployment timeline to minimize operational disruption.

Deployment & Integration

Certified technicians execute the installation to design. All systems are integrated with each other — not treated as separate installs that happen to share the same building.

Commissioning, Training & Closeout

Systematic testing and certification of all systems. Walkthrough and training with your operations team. Full as-built documentation package delivered at project closeout.

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed low-voltage contractor. General liability and workers' compensation on all projects.

Certified Technicians

Platform-certified on Avigilon, UniFi, Verkada, Axis, and other enterprise systems. Ongoing training maintained.

Documentation Standard

As-built documentation delivered on every project, every time — included as standard, not available on request.
